The value for money at this hostel was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the lake, and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, probably the best I've had during my trip in South America. the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay more pleasant. - the location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the lake, offering beautiful views.
The 6 bed dorm was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around when it was full. The cleanliness of the dorm toilets was not up to par, especially in the evenings when they became dirty.

As youngsters, we loved the beautifully decorated rooms, stylish decoration, and cozy atmosphere. the staff were excellent and always ready to help us out. the location was great, just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat.
Felt immediately at home, no complaints at all.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance. The room was nicely decorated and well-maintained, with a cozy and comfortable bed where we had a great sleep. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other services within walking distance.
It was limited and not sufficient, with the buffet often empty by the time we arrived. The lack of staff at the front desk was also inconvenient, as there was no one available to address any concerns or provide information.

I recently stayed at Hostal Boutique Factoria Patagonia for a few nights during my trip to the area. The hostel had a cozy and charming style, with a beautiful view of the nearby water from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us in contacting the airline when our flight was canceled. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable with warm blankets, and the bed cabins offered privacy and convenience. Additionally, towels were provided. I strongly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hostal Boutique Factoria Patagonia for a few nights during my trip to explore the stunning landscapes of Patagonia. The hostel's modern and stylish design made me feel like I was staying in a boutique hotel. I had a private 4 bed dorm room, which was spacious and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the hot waterfall showers were a luxury. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, juices, and eggs. The friendly staff allowed us to leave our bags at the hostel while we went on the W Trek.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.

The hostel offers comfortable and modern rooms with amazing beds. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and the option to book day tours, such as the highly recommended Parque Torres del Paine tour. the location is also great, allowing guests to easily explore the beautiful coastline and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and water.
The hostel lacks common areas and a place to store food, making it feel more like a hotel than a hostel.

The rooms were nicely decorated and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The view from the windows was breathtaking, with a beautiful waterfront location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing assistance in English. Additionally, the dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
There were several negative aspects of my stay. the staff was not always available at the front desk, which made it difficult to get information or address any issues.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
